Topic: CSS conflict ?

Hi,
I have a Wordpress + PunBB website since last year. PunBB forums are integrated to the Wordpress header and footer.
Everything was OK since yesterday when I decided to change the Wordpress theme.
Some users are having problems with smilies (size) and text (italic and bold won't work properly) in the forums, and some users don't, wich is weird.
For example, here's a member's screenshot of the size of smilies :

Again, I don't have this problem with Safari running on Mac OS X 10.4.11, and some PC users don't neither. It seems that IE is the only browser having the problem, but as far as IE is the browser of most of my members...

Is this a conflict between PunBB's and Wordpress's CSS ? Could someone please have a look to the forum's source code and help me ?

There seem to be some rather bad bugs in IE indeed. It could be because of Wordpress, but I'm not sure.

sometimes on bunpai.com i get the same issue where the photo or image is supper big.  i just simple refresh the page and it goes away... seem to be a issue with ie7 for me
