Topic: Accounts Mod error

Hi all, I installed the account Mod to allow multiple account creation and get the following error

Warning:  file_get_contents(./lang/English/mail_templates/account_created.tpl) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/richt/www.thetokenforum.com/plugins/AP_Accounts.php on line 96

Account 'Rich T' created successfully.

The account is created, and an email sent. However the email is empty (blank). I also not I have no account_created.tpl in the mail_templates folder.

I saw there was a patch, but I have never installed one of these yet and have found no information on how to. The instructions hinted that I didn't have to run it anyway.

Any help appreciated.
