Topic: Upgrading 1.2.16 to 1.2.19 or 1.3

I am getting spammed but also gives me a excuse to upgrade.  I don't see any real instructions so my question is I am on 1.2.6 Can I upgrade directly to 1.3 or 1.2.19.  What is sugested I don't want to loose users or posts. 

This board is awesome first update I will have to do it has been nice and stable.

Upgrading 1.2.16 to 1.3:
You must upload the PunBB 1.3 files.
Copy /extras/db_update.php file to the forum root directory and run it.
Then remove it from the root directory.
