I wish the developers added the ability to select lists of other parameters, not only for groups of users.
I am personally interested in the opportunity to choose the city for distribution.

For example, in the city of Yekaterinburg will be held the festival, I need all registered users of Yekaterinburg (those indicated in the profile of your city) to notify dispatch of the event.
