I would like to know how to keep track of how many times a file has been downloaded...

More specifically (i guess this is the same thing really) how many times a picture has been viewed.

you can keep something like "on click" of that file, it should go and increase the counter. a button or a link so..

can you just show the pic through a php include? and use php to count it
