Is there anyway for an administrator to anonymously read other users PM's? If not, is it possible to incorporate this feature into the next version of Pun_PM?

a) This is illegal in many countries
b) It's immoral
c) There are more important (requested) things to do.
But if you are ok with that, you can try to look into phpmyadmin

I'm noticing this, punpm always says "New Messages" even though i have no messages...

If you have new messages it says "New Messages (number)"

What about a feature showing your current amount of pm/ and the max pm you cann have in your inbox, outbox?

It possible to make it so it deletes the oldest message when it reaches 100?
And then make a box where you can save messages if you want?

Hey
I have a feature request :
The forum send an email to a user when he got an PM, (just to tell him he as a PM to read)
The admins could choose forum-wide to allow or not (default) this feature and if allowed, each users could enable it or not (default) in their profile settings.
That's something I have already done by tapping directly in the source code and that's pretty usefull when you don't come by a forum often.

the german lang file for those interested (as it only comes in english...)

just unzip then add to Extensions>Pun_PM>lang> ....
also noticed when updating that ext, pun doesn't warn me that my language (german) will be lost when I download and install latest version...

Hi again,
any news on sending an email to the recipient when a new pm has arrived as suggested by Lion?
This feature is essential for me to update to 1.4 (currently running 1.2.23) and would make me very happy.

Hello every one.
I am running a forum with more than 10.000 subscribers, but I had many user reports about a dysfunction with the PMs.
They don't receive any PMs and the PMs they send don't arrive.
I'm quite a noob in running forums and I don't know what could I do to solve this problem
