It looks like you didn't upload anything deeper than the first level: you need to upload every folder within the upload folder

Go through the folders, make sure everything is lowercase? wink
If that doesn't work, if you provide a link I might be able to notice something.

Recoil: PunBB is not meant to be "how all the other worlds forums are." It's meant to be lightweight. Thus, for 1.2, that meant not having an advanced "mark as read" functionality. For 1.3, that has been replaced with more advanced functionality. If you can't wait for 1.3, there is a mod to provide similar functionality in 1.2

I'm still not having any issue.
As I said, look in the cache directory of your forum and try deleting any PHP files there

Seems to work fine for me
If you continue having the issues, I would suggest deleting all the .php files in your cache directory

Yes, I understand that. What I was trying to ask is how do you move/copy the original files (not the cache_config.php) to the web folder?

However you do it: most likely, you uploaded them

I have a problem with SELinux settings. When I disable the SELinux, I am able to see the Forum index php. What is the mechanism used to upload the files to web space?

The cache files aren't uploaded, they're written by PHP

Enable debug mode and paste the full error
