after much research i have found out you can NOT insert images IN cells but on top of them. however you can have the option to have the image move and size with the cell giving the effect it is in the cell.

I need a simple solution to inserting an image file into a selected cell and have that image centered in the cell. a one-click toolbar button would be best. This workbook is used by about 10-12 people so the simplest solution is preferred.

thanks in advance.

i fully trust what has been done is the best possible solution for the future of PunBB. i look forward to 1.3 more now than ever.

in my opinion it's too dark for a webmaster board. but that's just me. nice style otherwise.

i like how the header image blends nicely with the navbar.

it's very possible.

combination of main.tpl, footer.php and header.php.

Does this thing work with PunBB 1.2.15 ?

It sounds really useful - I use akismet on my Wordpress account and like it. smile

it should, just change the version array in install_akismet.php from:

// Versions of PunBB this mod was created for. Minor variations (i.e. 1.2.4 vs 1.2.5) will be allowed, but a warning will be displayed.
$punbb_versions    = array('1.2', '1.2.12');

no, that only changes the theme for users and guests who visit/join from that point on. the "Languages and styles" plugin found on the downloads page will change EVERYONE's style to the one you choose.

weird, not sure on this one.

Yes it will but you`ve still got the extra pole next to it and besides the aim is to stop pun proccessing the report function not just hide it wink

while i respect your right to change it to your liking, i have to say this is one the most pointless code edits i've seen. to each his own though. tongue

if it's not the resources you're concerned about it using and you don't want it used, who will know it's there if you just hide it besides you?

i just did this in my topic.php language file and it works:

'Report'            =>    ' ',

i'd just enter a spam email address to send reports to if it became a problem.

does you hosting plan meet the requirements?

Requirements

    * A webserver (preferably Apache).
    * PHP 4.1.0 or later (PHP 5 included).
    * MySQL 3.23.17 or later, PostgreSQL 7.0 or later or SQLite. (see details below).

MySQL: PunBB will not work at all with any version prior to 3.23.17.

PostgreSQL: PunBB 1.2.* has been thoroughly tested on various versions between 7.3.3 and 7.4.5, but it should work fine with any version greater than 7.0. Please note that PHP 4.3.0 or later is required for PostgreSQL support.

SQLite: PunBB 1.2.* has only been thoroughly tested on versions 2.8.11 and 2.8.14 of SQLite, but should work with basically any version.

just curious as to why you want it out?

make sure that the cache folder has write permissions. richt click it in your ftp program and click properties, should be in there somewhere depending on the app you use.

dead computer at home... other than that, my hours at work changed so my nights are spent with the family instead of web dev time.
