as far as i know, first you need to download version 1.2 to update the database to 1.2 from 1.1 with all the files, then upload all the files for 1.2.10 and update the database again with the script the is included in the "Extras" folder.

upload all the files and use the 1.1.5 - 1.2 upgrade script included with the first 1.2 files.
i suggest you upgrade soon. people here now know you are using an old version on that site and may go to "hack" it.

make sure you have the cache folder chmoded to 777
if you have and your still getting the error, empty trhe folder.
