I made up an French language package for PunBB++ alpha 2 based on the PunBB french pack, it is avaible here: http://s92355458.onlinehome.us/Forum/upload/lang/fr.zip

Can I put it on PunRes?

It would be nice if you could tell me the errors you got, maybe it's a bug.

You mean the javascript? I'll have a look at that tomorrow :)

Have you run the scripts/112_to_++Alpha2_update.php file from your PunBB++ root?

I don't really understand your problem. Can you please it explain it a bit more? =)

And what errors did you got?

Don't run the install script, just save your config.php file and run the PunBB to PunBB++ update :)

A zip archive can now be found here: http://punres.cactuz.nu/?p=projects/files&id=8

There is a few changes and a couple of new language files. Maybe I can make a diff log or something for you :)

Yeah, or in the PunBB++ forum, you'll find it if you click on forums in the project view on PunRes.

Actually, there is a PunBB to PunBB++ script in the Alpha 2 release :)

That is the weirdest thing ;)

Have you tried comment out the error thing in common.php?

I can make a tar version later tonight.

Installing PunBB++ is just as simple as installing PunBB :)

I don't know if there is any official download page while the server is maintained.

Yeah.. fluxbox is very nice :) To bad you can't use it in windows :P

Well.. The "installation guide" is pretty much a standard. So if we want to change it, we have to change the standard I think. But it's a good idea to have some more information.

At least what I've seen.

I've worked with every little thing in PunBB and made it to work with my network/community :)

http://www.cactuz.nu/forum

I've made an install script for this mod.

http://www.cactuz.nu/stuff/install_mod.phps

Hope it works :P

Maybe you can gice us a little more information? Like exactly what isn't working? :P

Do you mean the code to verify password at logon or verify that the user is online?

Yes, I've did this on Cactuz Network (www.cactuz.nu). It's a work in progress though. I've made the forum to work with my database, but i think it's simplier to do it the other way.

This should not be used as hard and fast evidence. I am not ruleing out Al-Qaida, all Im saying that if a group wants to shift the blame off of them, the eaisest way to do it is by "leaving" messagas in Arabic.

Yeah,  but on the other hand, most terrorist groups do such things to express their view or manifest their power. Their not just killing innocent people for fun, or to blame someone else for all of it.

But who knows?
