U+279C     ?     Heavy round-tipped rightward arrow

If UTF-8 is in anyway, why not use it?

Add .linksb to that too. And you may want to style the links.

Righty. I tested it in Lynx to be fancy, and it looks great.

Apart from one thing which might just as well be a bug in Lynx itself.
When going to the profile, the 'Avatar' and 'Administration' tab show up as 'AvatarmeAvatar' and 'Administrationstration' respectively.

I also tested in Konqueror, where this bug with tabs occurs:

It's debug information, you should turn that off in production anyway.

Setting it to 0 isn't exactly dangerous... but if you look away for a sec and you forgot you did something, you might accidentally do it again.

I personally don't mind it, but it won't harm to set it to 0.

Make sure the e-mail address you're supposedly sending from actually exists.

I think he wants an uploader.
