Sorry but your wrong.
I am not respecting him because of his celebrity status you twit, its what he done for wildlife generally... try reading up what he has done for this world. Its everything about the person... not just cos he is famous.
I respect the loss of the average soccer mum, etc. But I have lost someone very close to me, and it was mentioned in our local paper... and from that people paid respects to me and my family because of this. Its the same thing on larger scale.
At the end of the day if you dont agree with people respecting anothers death. Then probably best you dont post at all.

OK, I have a suggestion:
1. Upload a new, unmodded copy of PunBB to its own directory (say, so it can be accessed from http://lover.org.ua/tempforum/ as opposed to http://lover.org.ua/forum/).
2. Move a copy of config.php from the old copy to the new copy
3. Log in and see if the posts that were previously missing now show up.If the posts do show up, the issue is with your copy of viewtopic.php. You can paste it here (or you can just paste this part):
// Retrieve the posts (and their respective poster/online status) $result = $db->query('SELECT u.email, u.title, u.url, u.location, u.use_avatar, u.signature, u.email_setting,...
Erm.. thats what I said...

Re: NEW POSTS NOT SHOWN! This problem does us. We are just upset. HELP!!! (36 replies, posted in PunBB 1.2 troubleshooting)
But this is not a PunBB fault. Many forums run this software with 10 times the amount of users and posts that you have and dont ever come into this problem.
So my answer... You sure no one has altered the orignal code? becuase if so thats your problem?
Maybe you should try installing PunBB 1.2.12 fresh next to your forum say http://lover.org.ua/forumtest/ then just copy your config.php file.
If this works... then your coding is at error... if this is the case then we are step closer.
BUT!!!!! I will not help anymore until link is returned. The choice is yours.....
EDIT: This should be moved from Bug Reports.

Re: Ajax "from scratch" (12 replies, posted in Programming)
As much as I'm a fan of the "do it yourself instead of using some bloated framework" approach, you could have a look at one of the lighter framworks. For example Prototype.
I agree here... This framework is presently the best one... for size that is.

Re: MYSQL Read-Only possible?? (21 replies, posted in General discussion)
He said live demos, I assumed that meant showing the functionality, not just how it looks
This is correct... All demos have live functionality.
I thought it would be a good idea as PunBB has many mods but its sometimes hard to understand the end result. A live demo was my answer.
I will cheat and just use the DB reset idea.

Re: MYSQL Read-Only possible?? (21 replies, posted in General discussion)
I wonder how you're going to have it all fit in tho, as many mods modify the same query etc.
Its not on one installation its covered over a few.
I'd say have it reset every hour and leave it at that. Because otherwise some mods (ones that need delete access) won't work.
Yeah I am going to go with this one.
But also I am going to put a reset button that resets the database instantly, incase any problems with people deleteing stuff. Will put a time limit on DB reset so cant be done every second as such.

Cannot help with question.
Note: Only works in IE

Re: MYSQL Read-Only possible?? (21 replies, posted in General discussion)
The reason I need this... is because I have created something simliar to (opensourcecms) but instead of forums and stuff its punbb mods.
It basically shows you live demos of all the mods currently about that can run on 1.2.12.
also...
If the mod is to basic for a live demo then you have a before and after image.
Now all was fine until I started thinking... quite a few mods have plugins so admin access will have to be essential to get understanding of both sides of the mod.
Which brings me to here and now.... and finding a cure to protect my stuff.
DB is reset every single hour on the hour so in theory I could just leave everything as it is..... spammers wont get anywhere because the DB will just keep resetting.
