1. The latest source code may be incompatible with the extensions, because he is in development. Use a stable version 1.3.5.

I cannot reproduce the error. Your problem is probably in some extension. Try to disable the queue extension and watch redirect after posting.
Try upgrade forum to 1.3.5

Enable "Check for updates" on Admin>Setting>Features and install hotfix on extensions page.
