I installed a sidebar and also a welcome page in my forum. When I am logged in and at the welcome page, the whos online block on my sidebar doesn't show me as online.

I wanted to download some of the plugins for my forum. But some of the files are in that weird tar.gz-format...
What is that? Never heard of it and my computer doesn't know what to do with it either...

I installed punBB on my website. It ran awesome. Then I put it into maintenance mode. Then I accidentally logged out. Now I can't log in anymore. Any way to rescue? I mean, is there any file where I would have to change something?
