I am in Dubna. I'm on PunBB every working day from about 7 to 15 UTC (about 10 to 18 MSK).

• PunBB security updates, bug fixes and core development.
• Managing the development team. Planning.
• Make PunBB infrastructure working: site, SVN, Trac, Forums, Wiki and s.o.
• Providing official support at PunBB Forums, filling up the PunBB Wiki. Public relations.

• Fix known PunBB 1.3 bugs. Release hotfixes when necessary.
