Hmm, the Jump to seems to include forums that are admin/mod only even if you're not either.

Why not either block off access to Censoring or put a warning message up if the option is disabled? Because mods have no way to tell if censoring is on or off without talking to an admin when they enter words, since they can't check Options.

I mean you put it in and then when you install the board, it sets the time.

Hmm, I guess so.
In install.php, you can set o_server_timezone to Z (the timezone in seconds) divided by 3600. That would yield the correct timezone.

7,637

(39 replies, posted in PunBB 1.2 troubleshooting)

Yes.
My timezone is -4 right now, so I set it to -4.
The time displayed by PunBB is now GMT tongue
You just tell PunBB what your server's timezone is.

Yes, read what Rickard said wink
Simply setting the correct server timezone in Admin/Options will make your time GMT. wink

1.2 hasn't been released yet tongue

Looks like it's something with PHP and IIS trying to work together.

I think I do smile
On that site, someone banned close to all IPs (or maybe all, dunno). They wanted to know if there's any way to get around the ban.

An easy way to get around the ban: write a script that clears all bans (and why not include a script like that in the scripts folder, in case someone is stupid enough to lock you out tongue).

Another way (I think) would be to comment out check_bans(); in common.php

Hmm
Works fine for me...

mine its not in geocities but are you sure that the eror are in the sql space ?

Yes, since that's what the error you got is about: you're out of space.

The space given for SQL databases is different then the overall web hosting space wink
ie: my geocities site gives me 10mb worth of MySQL database space, but much more for the actual web pages.

Error 28: No space left on the device

You're out of space for your mySQL databases. wink

Let me check my setup.

Edit: OK
Go to http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/build/php4u/ when you're logged in: it should have all the info you need (you might need to activate the php4u feature).

If you have register_globals and allow_url_fopen on, then maybe yes. You would have to research it a bit more though.
