Just put them in to a single frame and as you use the radio button you dont have o set the value only one at at a time will be get selected, you can take the users input through the Java script function.

i CHECK THE SITE BUT I THINK THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN IT AS IT DOES NOT OPEN THE GRAPHIC MODE BUT THE NORMAL TEXT MODE. pLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT IT.

Sorry, I dont know any other than 8859-I but you can try the unicodes if that are available for your coding.
