Well, converting from some boards it's impossible to convert passwords. So, you use the Forgot your password feature from the login page to get a new one

edit.php, delete.php, moderate.php, viewtopic.php, viewforum.php are I think all of them
Edit: Of course, the admin sections check it too, so adding a g_moderator column to the groups table might not hurt

It is just a small change, but by emailing them you're kind of saying you want a response. There's no need to be so secretive you won't share emails if you want to talk tongue

http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=7127 (not really the full topic of the post, but I suggested it here)
It has been suggested before wink

I actually just had a good idea on how to implement this.
Add a moderate column to the forum_perms table.
To check to see if a user is a moderator, you grab fp.moderator in the query.

That way, you can set groups of people as moderator as well as specific people (and as for which to take into account, just make it so if one is true, then they're a moderator)

Edit: In fact, if Rickard isn't going to put this in I'll make a mod for it myself tongue

That's odd, message doesn't have an index
Can you copy the part of your dump where you create the posts table?

Erm, plugins work with all versions of 1.2.x (or they should).
I think you're confusing them with mods

I did, although I actually do want to add something
I'll release it today I guess wink

Login is case insensitive...

Take a look at the News Generator plugin (it can be found on the Downloads page)

Could this be it?

yup, download the Version Changer and just manually change it smile

And that doesn't seem to be as much an improvement as it would be bloat tongue
It would be an interesting mod though

You delete it like you would a normal topic
And you just don't check to leave it with a redirect topic if you don't want one wink

That sounds like you've already run the script

Yup, make sure you use prefixes for Mambo and you'll be fine smile

I tried to change the announcement in the actual sql itself but for some reason (I havn't looked at the code too much) it wouldn't change the announcement.

You had to delete the cache config file as well after doing it

And I just tested it: I can go through admin_options to modify it just fine

Well, does Mambo allow you to use prefixes for the tables? Were you using prefixes for the PunBB tables?
If either is, then you'll be fine wink

In parser.php and help.php look for width=15 and height=15 and delete the references to them

Since this change is the only one affecting footer.php I found, try undoing it (although I can't see how in the world it would affect you)
