Do you all think that would work?

should be ok as long as you use the same version(pre-mods) of header.php.

Is there an easy way to do this?

wait for 1.3? wink

sounds like a good addition to the PunBB mod lineup.

we need a rule, put [RESOLVED] in the topic title if it's been resolved. big_smile

some themes come in pre-set folder structures so all you have to do is drop it in the forum root and you're done. some themes you have to place each file and folder in it's respective places. ie(typically): in the style folder goes the style.css and in the "imports" folder goes the style_cs.css file. now if there are images they usually go in the "img" folder in another folder with the same name as the style.

hope this helped.

if i recal only admins can change member's "status".

it's in the langauge file "common.php".

http://punbb.org/download/plugins/AP_News_Generator.zip

just use extern.php instead. look in the forum root for it and read how to use it in the file itself.

if you read the post it is a known issue and is easily solved. log out, clear your browsers cache(and cookies if you want) then log back in.

you'll have to ask @ the phpbb forums.

http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=36238#p36238 is a good tip.

i added mine(raw stat code) to main.tpl and got a HUGE amount of info from my traffic. but hcgtv's way seems a bit cleaner.

of this post

very odd...

similar to this thread: http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=11687  but it's happening here at punbb.org and i have pics to prove it.

Textpattern is deciding it's time for business.

I don't see why we couldn't do the same for PunBB.

no reason not to at all. i'm in for sure, i'd love to earn some cash working with PunBB. and the donating a percentage back to Rickard and Jansson would only be a given.

@quaker: best place to start would be to seach webhostingtalk.com for prices or better yet, what are the average prices your competetors charge and work from there.

also i think we should start on the home site and get all the talk of the services out of public view if it's a serious option.

you all want cut-n-pastecoders.com ? wink

what is the price for designing a style or a skin?
i say 15.00 to 20.00

seems fair. with the option of making it exclusive for a added price.... errr.. something to work out.

PunBB trusted* installers.

Install PunBB - $5.00 (+$2.00 if we have to create db and directories)
Install skin/style - $3.00
Install mod - $10.00
Install extension - $3.00
etc
etc

something like this?

*not implying that it would be "Official".

but comments are comments. not to be rendered on a page or included in a process. i think it would have been a wee bit easier if they(comments) would have been standardised right from the get.

i'd assume personal preferance.
