Hi!

I have some problems with PunBB using the state of the art browser Internet Explorer (3.0).
I really think this is something you should look into, since it's THE most popular browser.

Here is a screenshot to show you what I mean:

I had some issues with gradients some time ago too, but it can be pretty nice actually smile

If you run MyPHPAdmin from the same location as the MySQL-server it's always a local connection.
Either run PunBB from the same host as MySQL, or make sure that your account (root) is allowed
to connect from other hosts than localhost. I would recommend you to create another account with
host set to "%" (any), and not use the root account.

Do you connect from localhost, or from another location? And from which hosts are the root-account allowed to connect?

Okey...

In other boards the usage of HTML-tags are optional.
I also think it would be nice to force certain links (external) to open in new windows, but I don't have any problems with the way things work now wink
Maybe an attribute to the [url]-tag or an alternative tag?

Vad gäller att åtgärda problemet så har jag ingen lösning på lager, har inte känt till problemet förrän nu.

Jag gjorde en sökning på "inkörning" utan att få upp någonting. Men en sökning på "koppling" listades fem sidor.
Gjorde också lite testsökningar på mitt eget forum, och det verkar som om det är lite problem med svenska tecken (å, ä och ö).
Jag kör i och för sig 1.2 beta.
