1.delete the posts that no user in it.(the writer of the posts have been deleted by UserManagement)
2.delete the 1 posts or 2 posts user and update their posts to guest post.

i mean,there is some collecting tool,that can collect all your posts to their own forum,on their own forum the posts from my forum is just like mine. it's just like search enginne scrawling your websites.but if i blocked it,i will be sure to block search enginne

yes,if you have not permission of webhost's mysql dump command like that,you should let your host webmaster to import the database for you.
it's the best way i think ,4 me.
if you zip it,may be there will be 10Megs i think but both beyond 2M
