He wants the PunBB logo and text to use on his Polish PunBB support site (I think). Since you already posted the link in another thread I assumed it was alright to repeat it.

Rickard: Question: If somebody subscribes to a topic using an email address which is part of a system using an autoresponder, will you end if with the auto responses in your inbox? From your post I suspect the answer is yes.

If you want to mess up a printed version

If you really want to piss off people with expensive ink cartridges
* {background-color: red; color: red; border-color: red}

Isn't the problem here that '?action=active&show=8' is getting treated as part of the file name rather than as a paremeter being passed to extern.

Take a look at this topic

Translation:-

Hello
/I apologise for my English, I am from Poland/

My question is how do I make a site like this
http://81.227.194.93/rbk/index2.php

I like it very much. I would like to know how to make a portal like this based on my forum. Can anybody help me please.

Thanks very much.

Anybody thinking of setting up a dual boot system would also be well advised to make sure they have the Windows Recovery Console installed. If something goes wrong with the boot loader you may need it to restore the mbr.

To save  you the bother

EDIT: Chacmool got their first.

Paul, we're working on using another CSS scheme.
Using what Rod suggested:

You might find it easier to use the simplified version of that layout

The beauty of save page as smile

Obviously they were not using IE.

I have the latest version of Mandrake installed alongside two installations of Winxp. When I boot I get a menu to select either Linux or Win. If I select Win then I get WinXP's normal boot menu. I know nothing about Linux but didn't have any problems. It even detected all the hardware correctly. I got Mandrake of a magazine cover dvd so didn't even have to download it.

Having said all that, the only thing I use it for is testing browsers under Linux, it does nothing else thats useful.

Just for the design, I like things simple

It's not finished so don't expect it to work. The class .postimg will certainly be needed at some point.

Moved to PunBB discussions.

jchristophm: zpaada is talking about a full blown templating system where the markup is seprate from the php. Typically you would have a template for each of the output pages e.g. index.tpl, viewforum.tpl or even subdivisions such as main_nav.tpl

zapada: because, as I understand it , templating slows things down and requires more system resources.

I like it.

BTW: do remember that 1.2 isn't finished so this prbably will not work in the final release e.g class names etc may have changed.

Try changing the category back to test category and hopefully the forums will appear again.

If so, create a new category called general category and assign all the forums to that category then delete the now empty test category.

Second request: it would be good by default to have scrollbar color in the css in order it to be simply modifiable in 1.2 I think it's not a big problem to do that.Ludo

Coloured scrollbars are for IE only and the css doesn't validate. With an XHTML Strict doctype they don't work anyway (not without mangling the css a little).

so what do i use to edit that main.tpl file?

Whatever you would normally use to edit html or text files. Notepad is fine. Just think of main.tpl as a basic web page with a few funny tags in it.

Topic moved here from "Show Off".

Found this. Could this apply to php?

Premature end of script headers:
The "Premature end of script headers" error message is probably the most loathed and common error message you'll find.
What the error actually means, is that the script stopped for whatever reason before it returned any output to the web server.
A common cause of this for script writers is to fail to set a content type before printing output code. In Perl for example, before printing any HTML it is necessary to tell the Perl script to set the content type to text/html, this is done by sending a header, like so:

print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";
If you don't do that, Perl will try to output to STDOUT (Standard Output, or the servers terminal) instead of through the web server to your browser.
The same applies to any CGI script of any language.
